What are your Melt'ems made of?
Our Melt'ems are made from a blend of paraffin and soy. Both have properties that make our candles great. We use a blend that allows our candles to have vibrant colors and to throw the scents throughout the room. They are also clean burning and leave no wax residue when burned properly.
Which forms of payment can I utilize for my online purchase?
We gladly accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, Debit Check cards with the Visa ® or Mastercard® logo only through PayPal.

Duties and Taxes for Internationally Shipped Orders
How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports.
International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.
How long before my package is shipped and/or received?
Orders are usually shipped within one business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday. The only exceptions to this would be if we are out of stock on an item. If this happens (and it's very rare) we will contact you to see if you would like to wait or get a replacement. We ship via UPS or USPS depending on the order size, and location it is being shipped to. We try very hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. It's even possible to get it next day, but even if you are across the country we can usually get the order to you within just a few days. Our shipping costs are calculated in a way that you will pay the least amount possible for the size of your order. We NEVER make money on shipping, and usually it costs us more than we are charging.
International billing, shipping to military addresses (APO/FPO)
Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.
What if I need to return an item due to damage?
We will replace any defective item, or any item that was damaged in transit free of charge. We will usually ask you to keep it in the box and send it back to us. Once received a new item will be immediately shipped out to you. If you are unhappy with a anything, but there is nothing wrong with the item we will replace it for you, but you will be responsible for shipping back to us. Once received we will issue a replacement and pay the shipping to get it back to you.
